My Force Touch on my Apple Watch Gen 1 isn’t working. I got it secondhand (the watches battery was swollen). After replacing the battery and getting a charger (I was fixing it by myself; the watch didn’t come with a charger) I realised that the screen wasn’t working. I replaced the force touch (finding out that it was broken). I need Help as I have replaced it but it still ISNT WORKING!

It sounds like you're saying that you repaired the screen and battery of your Apple Watch at home. If so, this has voided the Apple Watch warranty if there was any warranty available. Apple does not offer support for 'damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Apple Product’s specifications.'
