How to sign into my appleid email address

Hi, I’m struggling to find how I access an appleid email address. Not my appleid username it’s the …@privaterelay.appleid.com account. Any help would be amazing as I’ve signed up to apps through my appleid and emails about my account are being sent to this appleid email account that I can’t access.
