I did set up stand reminder for every hour but it doesn’t ring regularly and without me standing it is showing 7 hours of stand up time. How to correct this

Health app on the phone;

Browse/activity/stand minutes and scroll down to the bottom;

Tap on show all data then tap on edit in the top right corner and tap on each stand minute entry and tap on delete.
