PASMO & Apple Wallet
If I remove my PASMO card from Apple Wallet, can the physical card be used?

No, as the apple help page says
"After the transfer, your physical card won't work..."
Add a Suica or PASMO card to Apple Wallet - Apple Support
i.e. the physical card is removed from the PASMO system forever and cannot be used again.
If you remove PASMO from Wallet, it is parked on Mobile PASMO cloud and can be re-added at any time via the 'Previous Cards' category in Wallet app.
The only way to remove PASMO from Wallet for good is apply for a withdrawal/refund in PASMO app (free Mobile PASMO required) but refund fee is ¥210 and requires a Japanese bank account to receive the refund. You can also run the card balance to 0 and do withdrawal/refund for free, no bank account required.
