Why isn't my review of an app showing on the App Store?

My review of that app still isn't showing and my questions here is still unanswered.

Cool, so I guess Apple does not care at all about its customers - that 30% appstore tax must be so sweet that you dump every app in there without any type of checks and balances, just so you can make some more money, besides the unjustified overpriced products that bring no extra value. Actually, I've had more glitches in my 13 Pro since I got it in November than in my last 6 years with an android device. So now Android is a lot more stable and user-friendly than ios... wow... you really lost any competitive advantage, and rightfully so. I knew I should've left apple devices after Steve passed, because you lot showed an unprecedented lack of creativity and innovation, and that you don't have any clue how to run this - everything is just a copy (with a pinch of counter-intuitive and anti-efficient style just to be different) of something else someone else innovated or just plain recycled like the 13 pro which we all know how it got its design...

Anyway, since your support channels are a joke, and by the looks of it, you really are protecting apps like that in your appstore, I will not let this matter rest and will expose your practices, so enjoy your next few billion $$ fine.
