I lost the case for my airpods, I am in hospital and the staff binned the case for my airpods. How do I replacevthe case because now I cannot charge my airpods

I lost the case for my new AirPods. I am in hospital and the cleaning staff binned the case, I still have the AirPods, how do I replace the case?
