Forgot password

Hi, i have forgotten both my passwords for Apple-id and E-Mail… when Im trying to reset My password on Apple-id, the new password got sent to the e-Mail who i cannot login to. And when i am trying to reset the password on My icloud(e-mail)..its just sends me back to the Apple-id. What do i do?

Have you tried Apple's iforgot service?

Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID. Did you forget your Apple ID?
Select the option to reset your password, then choose Continue.
Choose to answer your security questions, receive an email or enter your recovery key.* Find out what to do if you haven't received your verification or reset email.
Follow the onscreen steps to reset your password.
