Iphone13 lags, freezes, wont load after 5 min.

My new iPhone 13 won’t load, refresh, open websites and/or videos (if I’m on a social media site) after approx 5 minutes of use. I have to turn off the phone, then back on. If I search 2 or 3 topics in the search bar and go to those sites, the blue bar at the top (the one that shows how far along it has loaded) will only go 1/10th of the way across and stays there. It will eventually say “can’t refresh” or “can’t load. I can only view Instagram (and other sites) for approx 5 minutes before it lags and eventually says “can’t refresh” (freezes). I have to turn off and on to get it to work. Same with NOTES, and every app.
