Logitech View Circle connection to Homekit

I just purchased two Logitech View Circle cameras and Homekit cannot add them to my home screen. I plugged the camera in the wall (with wifi router range) and scanned the sticker with Homekit - Homekit recognizes it as a camera, tries to connect, and when setting up fails. I have added other Logitech cameras before with no issues. Is this a common problem? how can i trouble shoot?

Thank you!

Hi there Hpple,

Try these steps if you're having difficulty adding an accessory to the Home app:

If you can't add an accessory
- Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
- Make sure that your accessories support HomeKit or AirPlay 2.
- To use and manage your home in the Home app on all of your devices, sign in to iCloud with your Apple ID on every device. Then turn on iCloud Keychain and Home in iCloud Settings.

You'll find those steps here: Add a HomeKit accessory to the Home app

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers!
