Every time I take a screenshot my phone saves a Separate photo of a different screenshot as shown in the picture uploaded it doesn't matter if I'm connected to a vehicle or not it happens every time

Screenshot Thumbnail does not always appear When taking a screenshot on our iPhone, after pressing the volume up and power button, a thumbnail appears on the lower left side corner of the screen. We can then edit and choose what we would like to do with the screenshot. We have the option to “Copy and Delete”, which is the most used option for me as this means I don’t have to save the screenshot in my photo album. There are instances when doing a screenshot, the thumbnail does not appear and the device automatically saves the screenshot instead in the photo album. Am I the only one experiencing this?

How do I prevent accidental screenshots on iPhone 16? I got the iPhone 16 and the way I naturally hold the phone ends up taking screenshots on accident. How do I change the settings so a screenshot uses a different setup (e.g., double tap side button)? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
