Unable to complete Apple ID creation
I'm trying to do a new apple ID but when l write the code it say ( Password cannot include your name, phone
number, or part of your Apple ID. ) what should I do ?

Tap on the "Didn't get a code" link here in blue. What happens?
Does it prompt you to enter a phone number? Do you have access to that phone number still?
If not, contact Apple Support.
