Microsoft Teams crashing Immediately on launch

I have downloaded Teams to stay in touch at work on my iphone.

As soon as I launch it crashes.

I have tried rebooting, cleared app data, re-installing, resetting network settings, tried with airplane mode, with wifi on/off, etc and nothing seems to make a difference.

Does anyone have any suggestions that might help?
