SE battery drain since 15.5 update

Since updating iOS to 15.5, iPhone SE (2016 model) has been experiencing battery drain beyond belief. Have done all the usual stuff like reboot, soft reset etc, removed unnecessary apps. Battery health is at 90%, so very confused. This issue began within hours of performing the 15.5 update, and has been continuing ever since. A similar issue occurred with a previous update some years ago, which was resolved with the next update.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Sometimes we just need to be patient -- after every iOS update, the system does some optimization that draws a lot of power. This usually just last a day or two, depending on how much data and applications you have installed. If it goes beyond that, then there might an issue that you need to have diagnosed by calling Apple Support or going to your nearest Apple Store.
