Locked out of old phone . Don’t wanna loose what’s not backed up…

I need to access all my videos from my iPhone se onto my iPhone 8plus.

I’m locked out of my old iPhone SE 2nd gen inthink. Got screen fixed and it says The passwords been attempted too many times. I got in my iCloud on new phone but I didn’t get all my pics and videos, either because no backups recently, or because I can’t get into my gmail or gphotos because new phone number and backup email was made when I bought phone never really used it….
