i had bought an iphone on January 16th from Sharaf dg store in Deira City Centre outlet. my room mate stole it and disappear with that phone using it. i want to report missing and just want apple to jam the same iphone so no one else can use it , Serial No.: 353324658630311

This is a Community Forum and those of us that offer help are customers just like you. I'm sorry to hear that you had your phone stolen. You'll want to follow the directions in the article below which will allow you to 1. Lock the Device (so it cannot be used). 2. Track the Device (incase you wish to report it lost/stolen). 3. Erase it (if you choose to do so).
