I am using an iPhone 8,when i try to open hotspot and hotspot my laptop it doesn’t connect or not visible at all.

I am using an iphone 8..Recently been struggling to hotspot my wifi because it just keeps on connecting or not visible at all even though I’ve turned on my personal hotspot ON.
