All of my pinned texts do not give me notifications. Not on the locked, banners,etc. please help! This was on my IPhone 11 and now iPhone 13

If you hard press on one of the pinned group icons is "Show Alerts" an option? If so, you've accidentally hidden them.

If not, let us know!

In the picture Show Alerts is shown, click it. It changes to "Hide Alerts" when it's turned off.

You do have them set to hide alerts.
