APPLE TV NOT AVAILABLE IN REGION

Hi im in Jakarta, Indonesia. And i cant play any movies or series from the Apple TV plus. If the problem persists. I would like to us for a refund please! It was fine a week ago. And now, not even 1 series or movie is playable. Please response soon!
