Dear all, I have a Iphone 13 Pro,
Focus and "do not disturb" are disabled. I switched this function(Silence Unknown callers) off to receive a call from Apple support, that number was not in my contact list. But despite that the call was silent. Thx, help is appreciated.

If you haven't already, double-check the number wasn't accidentally blocked by using these steps: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that's not the case, do you have an app installed that also helps to filter and detect spam calls? If you're not sure, check by using the steps under "Set up an app to filter and detect spam calls" here: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support

Thx for the suggestion, and advice I checked the numbers on both lists, and I have no App installed to manage this. However 1 app for fake calls.
