Message: AppStore:

Your device is currently infected with a Trojan virus! Then 5 lines text followed by an instruction: Immediately install the trusted FREE app from the AppStore to remove virus and secure your device.
Do I have a problem or scam?.
How do I handle this and get rid of the message?
