MacOS in game resolutions

Ever since i updated macOS to Monterey 12.4 (and now 12.5) some resolutions are not available in games. Any idea on how to fix?

Why my MacBook Pro 14 2021's resolution only 1512x992 Hello, I bought MacBook Pro M1 2021 in September, 2021. In the advertising from Apple, they said this MacBook have resolution up to 3024x1964. But in my MacBook, it's only 1512x992 for the defaul and I cannot change it to 3024x1964, the maximum resolution for me is 1800x1196? How can I change it to 3024x1964, please help me. Third party screen resolution not available in Ventura 13.2.1 Before upgrading to Ventura 13.2.1, I was able to access 2560 x 1440 on an Eizo CG277 screen. After upgrading, I can only go up to 1920 x 1200. It is my understanding that this problem concerns many third party monitors connected to Macs. I saw a suggestion of right clicking (option and command clicking also suggested) the "icons" area of the display tab of the System prefs to see more resolutions appear, but nothing seems to happen. All I see is this screen (attached). Anybody out there with the same problem? Mac Mini 2018, Ventura 13.2.1.

That may be something you need to contact the game's developer for assistance since games are usually unique here and have their own pre-defined resolutions they can handle. You can also check with the game's forums if there are any. Sometimes a game developer may take a while to update their apps after a macOS update if the macOS update is the cause of this. There is always a possibility the game has been updated and removed certain resolutions.
