My wife can’t call my iPhone Voges straight to voicemail

Can anyone else call you without experiencing problems? If so, check to see if you have her number blocked on your phone. If she is blocked her calls would go to voicemail, and you would not be notified. If everyone goes to voicemail, then go to Settings>Phone>Call Forwarding and see if that is turned on.

Check with your carrier since they handle call handling, and ask why she is the only one you cannot get a call from.
