Whenever I Airdrop files to my iPhone from any other apple device I don't receive any notification on my iPhone. How do I enable notifications of Airdrop on my iPhone.

You will see the notifications only on Mac. There is no separate notifications on an iPhone if it is sent to the same Apple ID. You will see it under the status (Refer to the pics below).
For separate Apple ID the receiver will have to accept it before it is AirDropped.
