Authorization

I purchased 4 albums this afternoon, the first and last play just fine. The middle 2 give me a message that says " Not authorized to play on this computer. Would you like to authorize?" I bought them on this computer. When I say yes and fill out the username and password it tells me, "This computer has previously been authorized. it has been re-authorized." But it still won't play my songs. WTH.

iTunes/Music authorizations: Next to "Computer Authorizations" I don't see the button to deauthorize all computers. I'm trying to get some old songs purchased in iTunes to play on my new Mac. When I try to authorize the computer I get an error that I have more than 5 computers authorized on the account. However, in the Account settings section under "Computer Authorizations" it says that only one computer is authorized. The instructions for resolving issues like this is to revoke all computer authorizations and then reauthorized each computer, however, I don't see the button to deauthorize all computers next to the "Computer Authorizations" section. Is there a way to get this button to appear?

iTunes Computer Authorization/De-Authorization I had 5 Macs "Authorized" to access and play content content to purchased music. I "de-authorized" one (1) of them, then on a new Mac tried to authorize it, and I continue to receive error "You cannot authorize more than 5 computers"

Can't authorize or deauthorize my apple music account I tried to buy a song on Apple Music and it wouldn't download because my mac "hasn't been authorized". In Apple Music/Account/Authorizations/Authorize this computer I get a notice that I already have 5 computers authorized. But under Apple Music/Account Information/Computer Authorizations it says "one machine is authorized to play content with this account". There is no button to "Deauthorize all". Right now, I'm stuck. I can't download and I can't change any authorization status info. Appreciate any help. --Dave

I would start by deleting the non-playing tracks and then re-downloading them.

It's possible (we've seen it before) that the tracks did not download correctly, i.e. they're incomplete or corrupted.
