Authorization

I purchased 4 albums this afternoon, the first and last play just fine. The middle 2 give me a message that says " Not authorized to play on this computer. Would you like to authorize?" I bought them on this computer. When I say yes and fill out the username and password it tells me, "This computer has previously been authorized. it has been re-authorized." But it still won't play my songs. WTH.

I would start by deleting the non-playing tracks and then re-downloading them.


It's possible (we've seen it before) that the tracks did not download correctly, i.e. they're incomplete or corrupted.
