When getting a call on my work iPhone it shows up on my personal iPhone as well

But I can’t find the answer anywhere. I have two iPhones. One for work. One for personal. I’m trying to keep them separate. But when I get a call or a text on my work phone. It shows up on my personal device as well. How do I stop that?
