Automatically saving WhatsApp videos and photos

Hallo there,

The photos and videos which i bekomme on WhatsApp don’t be automatically downloaded and saved in the gallery unless i open the message.

i turned on automatically save to camera roll and WhatsApp has access to all photos in the gallery and refresh on background is on on wifi & mobile data.

do you have the same issue guys?

anyone knows how could i let photos & videos that i receive on WhatsApp automatically be saved to gallery once it be sent to me without needing to open the message?
