iWatch séries 7 problems

I cannot pair my Apple Watch with my iPhone. It seems I need to use some information icon! But I cannot find it on my watch.
I changed to French language when first got the watch, but now I need to change it back so people can help me with my issues, but then the language tab is no where to be found in the setting!
Cannot find time to go into Apple Store for help anytime soon. So I am trying my luck here.

I am so sorry,

the third picture, the colorful circles did not come up, is it something depend on personal setup?
from the third to the fourth picture, pressing the right lower button, I am prompted with two choices, either to shut down my watch or to place an emergency call.

Start by tapping the "I" button on your Watch"bottom right corner", which will bring up your device's name. Then on your iPhone, tap the device name that matches the one displayed on your Apple Watch. You'll see a six-digit code will appear, which you'll enter on your iPhone.

Then follow the onscreen instructions to finish pairing your watch.

If there is watch face being displayed then the watch is already paired with something.

Waw! It is really "hold down until" !!! UNTIL !

After ten+ trials and a recharging watch, it is working, being paired and updating to 8.7 now, shall report after 24 minutes if there are still any difficulties.

But, there is simply no such "I" button to be found.

Moreover, i cannot update my iWatch software.
