What is hp9de300 and why does it show up in my networks in MacOS?

A new "server" has now appeared under my "networks" in finder. It is listed as "hp9de300". It tries to automatically connect, but fails. Where did this come from?

What is it for and how can I get rid of it? It won't let me delete it and it doesn't show up under networks or file sharing in preferences.

Does this have anything to do with just installing the new Monterey 12.5?

Thank you for any input.
