I have a family share plan of Apple Music but just got it in my new 5G Get More Plan. I enrolled everyone and but only 2 out of 5 accounts got a text with the link to join. My line is the main holder that is charged. What will happen to their libraries of playlists & downloaded music if they never get a link to join even though I enrolled them.

For the members of your Family Share group to benefit from a shared purchase like Apple Music, they must be invited and accept the invitation to the Family Share group. Set up Family Sharing includes additional instructions on resending invitations and what to do "If you can't accept the invitation". Once a member of the group, shared subscriptions are automatically accessible to all members as described in Add a family member to your subscriptions from Apple.
