My iPhone watch series 3 got wet in the rain, while I was running to my truck. All it’s doing is showing me the time I cnt swipe up to turn on water resistant. What can I do now?

Ok Thanks I’ll put it in front of a fan. This happen like 3 hours ago, and I try using the crown & nothing happen. I’ll do what you said make sure it’s dry Thank you
