PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

I tried everything to fox it but still the payment and shipping settings of my apple id cannot functioning. please help thanks

(macOS) Set up your Apple ID payment method and shipping address on Mac

Set up your Apple ID payment method and shipping address on Mac – Apple Support (UK)

 

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

-> edit your billing addres.

To change the billing address you can do (macOS & Windows OS) via iTunes

Start Music -> Click on iTunes -> side bar click iTunes Store -> go to Account (top bar) -> View Account -> Sign in -> Apple ID Summary -> Billing Address -> Edit.

 

(iPhone & iPad) Go to -> Settings -> tap your Profile -> Payment and shipping -> Change Address.

Edit the Address -> tap Done.

Troubleshooting Apple ID Credentials:

Are you in a different country/region now? If so, then to make these changes, you'll need to zero-out your balance. So, what to do...


(A) Contact Apple Support or (B)Purchase Something:

To zero-out your balance, contact Apple Support. Have the Apple Rep zero-out your balance. Another option would be to purchase something more expensive than what it is there, and let your default Method of Payment pay the rest.

  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
