Remove Indian artists and language songs

I am trying Apple music after Spotify. But I see that apple music is full of Indian singers. Its great and appreciated. But if I am not interested I should have options to switch off them. If I select top hits or pop songs.. it adds all Indian artists along with US singers. It's not what I consider US pop. How to remove Indians singing English pop from appearing in all pop lists. Can you please create a separate H-Pop like K-pop? So we can decide if we want to listen to Indian artists or not. Plus we see all 100 Indian language songs in apple music. I don't understand and I don't want them. You think in India everyone speaks these 100 languages. Please provide a filter to either select or switch off regional languages.

There is a function to show fewer of these songs. But it never works. All these Indian artists and songs creep into all the playlists. I have to move back to Spotify.
