hi. I am the 6th person in a family sharing group. What the organizer has shared is Apple Music and arcade. Even though on the organizers phone it states I have access to them both, on my phone it asks for me to pay. I have been added and removed many still doesn’t work. Please assist. I am able to use the radio though.

Here are some steps to take specific to the issue of not being able to find your family’s shared content. Some of these steps you may have done already. If you can't find your family's shared content
One step we’d like to call your attention to is under section, “If you still can't find shared content”
Sign out of Media & Purchases
Make sure that you sign in to all Apple services using the same Apple ID that you use for sharing content with your family. You don't need to sign out of any other services that use your Apple ID, such as iCloud or iMessage.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Go to Settings > [your name].
2. Tap Media & Purchases.
3. Tap Sign Out.
4. Tap Media & Purchases again.
5. Tap Not [your name]?, then sign in with the Apple ID that you use for Family Sharing.

After being added to the Family Sharing account, did you ever restart your iPhone? If not, have the family organizer add you once more and then restart your iPhone and see if the Apple Music family plan begins to work as expected. Check out Restart your iPhone as the steps can vary bit based on your iPhone model.

i have so many times. It had no impact. I am even using the recent update. It’s an iPhone X. Thanks for the advice though.
