Camera says unknown part

I am getting a message that says “Unable to determine if your camera is a genuine Apple part”. No repairs were done on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, especially with the camera. No changes recently. It just started showing up. No current updates available (iOS 15.6). The camera works properly intermittently. Sometimes it just stops loading when switching from Photo to Video. Photo and Video modes don’t display the shots options (e.g Wide angle). Already tried resetting to default but no go. What do I do?

The unknown part error is as important as the Check Engine light in your car.
