Unwanted Zooming on iPad pro 2021

I have disabled the zoom feature on my iPad Pro in the settings menu and the screen keeps zooming mostly happening when connected to my Apple Magic Keyboard (1st gen and 2nd Gen). I am only able to get out of it by closing and reopening the app numerous times. This is annoying when I am trying to use an app some of the buttons are out of view. I have dealt with Apple support, reset and restored the iPad. The attached photo is an example of what is happening on all apps to include Apple apps. The iPad has been updated to 15.6 but has been happening for approximately a year.
