hello I have a pesky problem i can't seem to figure out. I have a cell that i can't figure out how to split.
the space going down vertically down is divided into two cells and then for some reason it turns into one cell and then back into two cells.
ive attached a screen grab, to explain. for some reason the description and date have turne into one cell how can i make them two separate cells. thanks

From your screenshot Description and Date appear to be in different cells. It would be better to place them in a the Header Row (shaded by default).
As for the other cells including and below the cell selected in your screenshot it's possible they were merged.
You can try first selecting them and then choosing Unmerge All Cells from the Table menu.
