Adding a workout

How do I add a workout? When I go to activity in the health app I receive a screen that list calories, standing time, resting energy, etc but no where to add a workout. Thanks!

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Select the Browse tab.
  3. Tap Activity.
  4. Tap Workouts.
  5. Tap Add Data in the top-right corner of the screen.
  6. Tap Activity Type and select the activity from the menu at the bottom of your display.
  7. Next, enter the number of calories and distance.
