HOW TO REMOVE MDM PROFILE FROM MY iPad 9.7

How do i remove MDM profile from my iPad 9.7? It's seriously limiting the way i use it because i cant login to certain websites ,i cant access the app store. I cant do anything

The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.

Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.

Thanks for your response. The iPad was issued in the US by a contractor and the contract is over so my relative it was issued to shipped it to Nigeria for me. Do you think there is a way i can bypass the MDM profiles??

To reiterate, unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.

Apple will not assist with removal of MFM profiles.
