Grid Lines in Logic Pro too dim and not able to change quantization of the grid lines

1. How can I make the grid lines (Piano Roll Editor more bright, more visible, in Logic Pro?
2. I want the grid lines to change appropriately when I change quantization or snap values. If I change time signature from 4/4 to 3/4 I think the grid lines should reflect that so I can easily drag a note to a proper position on the (now-modified) grid lines

Is this just a known limitation in Logic Pro?

When I was a Cubase user, I got spoiled by the grid line options that I can't find in Logic. Hoping it's just that I don't yet know where to look.
