Passcode

So someone deleted my App Store so I looked up how to get it back and they said go to settings so I did and it said to click context & privacy restrictions so I did but it needs a passcode and I don’t know it

Forgotten passcode for iphone app store restrictions, would setting up a new apple id rectify this restriction? Would setting up a new Apple Id and logging in with that new id rectify the problem? Restrictions were set many years ago on a child's iphone, Phone was then swapped and the iphone has been updated to newer models but the restrictions have stayed on the phone. As a result new apps can't be downloaded because of the restriction. Resetting/wiping the iphone is not an option as it is used as a business phone.

app store has been removed My husband removed the app store and removed it with a four digit password, which he cannot remember. How do we get the app store back on? We've tried all the possibilities to retrieve the app store. How would be the best way to retrieve it?
