Voice memos app

Hi. Recently I deleted my voice memos app cause it felt slow and sometimes stopped to record even the recording still in process, nvm, I downloaded it again but now doesn’t launch. I click on the icon, it opens but the screen stays in black and later it closes it

what can I do? This is a screaming of help, I’m singer and there I record my rehearsals and stuff. Help :((
