mbp does not show up in airdrop list on other devices
My mbp(16', 2021, Monterey 12.3.1) does not show up on my other Mac/iPhone/iPad, I did turn on allow to be discovered by everyone. it does detect other devices. what could be the problem?

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.5 - start there
