Find my iPhone is 3 hours away in pacific time zone and my device is in Eastern time zone
Find my iPhone function is alarmed it sends email and time zone is showing pacific time zone and I am in eastern standard time which is 3 hours away

To clarify, do you currently have access to your iPhone, or are you attempting to locate it using Find My?
If you currently have access to your iPhone, and are receiving that email unexpectedly, is the date, time and time zone set correctly on your iPhone? Change the date and time on iPhone - Apple Support
Also, did you receive that email on your iPhone, or on another device?
