How do I turn this message off? Sometimes the message pops up on my screen repeatedly even after I click on "OK". I've even tried clicking on "Cancel" and the message still pops up. When the message is on my screen, I am not able to access anything else. It's like the message takes my phone hostage. How can I fix this? Thank you.

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you
