Iphone 13 Issues after 15.6 Updated

Is Anyone facing heating issues while scrolling through reels in Instagram and also Instagram Randomly accessing camera .

While I was scrolling through instagram,and not taking photos, noticed the green dot enabled for some seconds. Os is 15.6 and iphone 13

Accessing the camera while not using it seems like a very serious privacy violation
