Blinking question mark on the Folder means your MacBook Air is not able to find macOS on your startup disk.
If your MacBook Air has intel processor, resetting NVRAM could solve your issue.
Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If it doesn't help, booting in Recovery Mode then use DiskUtility FirstAid to recover your boot drive.
