Apple TV 4K unable to update to ISO 15 currently running iOS 14.0.1

I currently have an Apple TV 4K I have been trying to updated to the latest software over the past 2 1/2 years and consistently get unable to update update has been unsuccessful try again later.

I have contacted Apple support on numerous occasions and this issue is not resolved, I have many Apple products and every product updates this is an ongoing issue, I read on forums that Apple are aware of this issue. I also went into my local Apple Store and was told to contact Apple support as they are aware of the issue. The representative at the Apple Store advised that my 4K Apple TV unit without a USB C imports would be replaced. I have followed instructions from Apple care representatives reset the unit back to factory tried to update it and still get this same message unsuccessful update please try again later .

I need this ongoing issue resolved, I don’t think it’s right for something that you pay a lot of money for just fails

The document Update your Apple TV - Apple Support

states to contact Apple Support for other issues, not covered by the regular procedure.

And Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support

states to contact Apple Support if an external restore is needed for the 4K model.

And Reset and Update your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support

states to contact Apple Support if you need further help.

You’ll need assistance from the Support staff to make any advancement on this. Do try again.

over the past 2 1/2 years

tvOS 14.0.1 was released 1.8 years ago. Exaggeration isn’t helping your case.
