Sleep Mode Greyed out or Disabled

SOLVED: There were a few questions on here about how or why Sleep Mode way Greyed out, and there were all sorts of crazy solutions like editing the plist files etc. Well, I found an extremely simple solution that might help others.

For those using independent battery management software to keep their batteries from charging over 80% etc (because Apple SHOULD let us do this anyway but doesn't -- that's for another conversation), the battery management software simply needs to be rebooted. I use Aldente, to keep my laptop from charging over 50% when I leave it plugged in all the time, and my Sleep Mode wasn't working. I simply opened Aldente's settings and reinstalled the helper application by clicking the 'reinstall helper application' button inside settings, and this fixed my issue flawlessly.

Hope this helps others whom are stuck finding a resolution to the greyed out sleep menu option on their MacBook Pro's.
