Charged twice, no refund, no subscription
Hello,
I upgraded my iCloud subscription from 50 GB to 200GB - somehow I was charged for 200GB iCloud twice. I created a request to refund the extra charge right away. After this, my subscription got canceled and there is still no money back - for either of those charges.
Result - no money X2, no subscription, no refund (can provide screenshots and bills).
What should I do now to get any support assistance on this?
