subscription refunded but not received

please what do I do if a subscription refund has been made but I haven't received it in my bank account?

Wait. Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards; click here for more information.

If it's already been that long or the one used is no longer valid, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
